Eligibility and Account Policy

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on the fa777 platform, a user must be 21 years of age or older. If a minor's account is found, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and any earned bonuses being cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided when creating an account — name, date of birth, address, phone number, email — must be completely accurate and up to date. If false or incorrect information is provided, fa777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. A copy of an identity document may be requested for verification purposes.

2.4 Password and Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you notice any suspicious activity, notify fa777 support immediately. fa777 will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to an account unless it results from a fault on the platform's own end.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on fa777, a 200% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Two examples are given below:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total Balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳42,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit plus bonus. For example: once ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers has been completed, winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
• The contribution of bets placed with bonus funds may vary by game category — any applicable restrictions will be noted on the promotions page.
• fa777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• The expiry date of a bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is prohibited unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.

4.4 VIP Program

fa777's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Advancement is based on regular play and loyalty to the platform. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback may also be subject to specific conditions similar to bonuses. VIP benefits are subject to change, and fa777 reserves the right to reassess VIP tiers at any time.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Fund Management

6.1 fa777's Right to Suspend

fa777 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of the Terms.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Evidence that the user is a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts.

6.2 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact support — all outstanding withdrawable balances will be returned subject to applicable conditions. Bonus balance will be cancelled if the wagering requirements have not been met.

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation, the Bengali version will prevail.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any promotion-specific terms together form the complete agreement between fa777 and the user. Any prior oral or written promises or understandings are superseded by these terms and conditions.
